Mullā Ali Qāri (1014AH) was a famous exegete, Muhaddith, Jurist, Qari and scholar of his era. He was a Hanafi al-Muslik and a Taqshbandi al-Mushrab. His initial residence was Herat (Afghanistan), later due to the impacts of Rifz and the murder their opponent religious scholars in the Herat, He migrated to Makkah, so he was also known as Al-Haravi and Al-Maki.Because of this restlessness, conflict, and migration, not only his early biography and publications are extinct, infect very little information’s are available about circumstances and artifacts of his times. On the other hand, after the migration to Makkah, his literary and scholarly efforts are valuable and worthy for scholars. His important publications i.e. Mirqat-ul-Mafatih and Al-Maozoat, earned great fame. Due to which he was considered an expert in the art of hadith. His more than hundred publications are also there in different aspects and diverse topics of Islam. In this article, his stories and traces have been presented in a coherencies form by deriving them from historical sources as well as his personal compilations and statements and an attempt has been made to cover all his literary efforts for Islam.
