Abstract

Marriage is an important Shariah order, on which the survival of the race and the purity of the society depends. In the ease of marriage, there is the purity of the society and a peaceful life. The spirit and demand of the Shariah is that marriage should be promoted by making it as easy as possible, and there should be no unnecessary conflicts. He should be freed from it so that it is not delayed and so that obscenity and other sins do not spread in the society from timely marriage. of, and they are prohibited.  But it is getting more and more development in the society. The article under review is related to the analytical study of the same economic causes and the Shari'a issues, how the Sharia has guided in this regard.
