A Research on the Solution of Modern Issues of Zakat in the Light of Legal Maxims Related to the Exemption of Circumstances & Time

Abstract

Islam is the name of a beautiful religion that has a perfect system of human welfare. It has a complete curriculum for the successful life of every person. The beauty of Islamic worship is that they are the best source of the pleasure of Allah, after man. Zakat is the best way to eliminate economic inequality and make poor people a dynamic part of society. Its importance can be estimated from the fact that it is one of the five basic pillars of Islam. It has been counted. The reward of the one who pays Zakat is certain: Allah Almighty has declared it a good loan for Him. Due to the importance of Zakat, it is very important to be aware of its rules. It is also obligatory for a person who has the nisab to acquire the necessary knowledge of the problems of Zakat. As time passes, just as human life is affected, the Shariah also makes the rulings suitable for it. Just like the impact on other Shariah issues, in the same way, many issues of Zakat are also affected by the circumstances and times. They used to mention it in their books and present their solutions. In this paper, the contemporary problems will be discussed by reviewing the effects of the circumstances and times on the problems of Zakat and Istishahad, which will be presented from the books of contemporary jurists.
