Abstract

This study explores the jurisprudential contributions of the Schalors (scholars) of Darul Uloom Haqqania, located in Nowshera District, Pakistan, and examines their influential books on Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh). Darul Uloom Haqqania, a prominent seminary within the Deobandi tradition, has been a significant center for Islamic learning and scholarship. This research aims to analyze the specific jurisprudential issues addressed by its scholars and the impact of their works on contemporary Islamic legal thought. The study employs a qualitative methodology, including textual analysis of key jurisprudential works authored by scholars affiliated with Darul Uloom Haqqania. It investigates how these texts contribute to the understanding and application of Islamic law, considering historical contexts, methodological approaches, and doctrinal stances.
