Abstract

This research explores the behavior towards subordinates through an analytical study of contemporary practices in light of Sirat Tayyaba, the exemplary life of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The study examines historical accounts and traditions to uncover the principles of justice, empathy, and respect demonstrated by the Prophet (PBUH) in his treatment of subordinates. By comparing these prophetic principles with modern-day workplace behaviors, the research identifies gaps and synergies between past ideals and current practices. The aim is to highlight the relevance of the Prophet's (PBUH) guidance in fostering ethical, compassionate, and effective leadership in today's professional environments. This study provides valuable insights into how these timeless teachings can be applied to enhance managerial conduct and promote a more respectful and harmonious workplace culture. Through this comparative analysis, the research emphasizes the importance of integrating prophetic values into contemporary social and professional interactions with subordinates.
